DESCRIPTION
The Pinot is a very rich, full-bodied wine that is deep purple
in color. The wine offers a cherry aroma and has a long lingering
finish. Drink now, or cellar up to 10 years. Just released
– very limited availability. This is the first Dalton
Family wine and has already received rave reviews.
MARTIN VINEYARD The Martin family acquired this vineyard in 1972. It
sits in the center of Sonoma’s Carneros Creek area,
and contains two separate clones. We blend the two clones
for our program and expose it to very high quality French
oak for about 12 months.
