WINEMAKING
Delta Cuvee is a beautiful blend of Chardonnay and Chenin
Blanc grown in the delta area of Clarksburg, California. The
Chardonnay is from the 2000 harvest and was aged in neutral
French Oak. The Chenin Blanc from the 2001 harvest was aged
in both new French oak barrels and stainless steel.
DESCRIPTION
The Tantalus Delta Cuvee offers bright aromas of tropical
fruit and citrus. On the palate, its taste of creamy banana
and fig are supported by a crisp citrus finish. This refreshing
wine is drinking great now, and is perfect as an aperitif,
picnic wine, or just about any time!
